weekend hoop retreats in the UK

(as the Hoop Gathering at Hardwick)

and the Spanish Hoop Holiday every other year.

 

Coming in 2018 is our NEW 'Fly & Flex Aerial Holiday' in Spain - featuring aerial hoop, silks, pole,

dance, somatics and flexibility training!
