Presenting the UK’s only boutique hoop and movement retreat!

We are deeply sorry to announce that the Hoop Gathering at Hardwick 2019 event will not go ahead this summer as planned. After the recent unexpected passing of organiser Rose Tolhurst-Wilson’s mother Lin, we thought it best to take a year off out of respect for Rose, her family and the farm where Lin was so integral. We will be back in 2020 better than ever before and appreciate your understanding at this difficult time. A full and prompt refund or a roll-over deposit/ticket option will be offered to those who have already bought tickets. Love

UKHG’s Gems Goddard and Rose Tolhurst are proud to invite you to our 4th annual Hoop Gathering at Hardwick event in 2020!

Our retreat offers you a friendly and slightly bonkers community celebration of all things hoop and movement related, surrounded by the best of beautiful, British nature in summertime.

Seekers of hoop tricks, techniques, new hoop grooves and more hoop buddies won’t be disappointed as our well-known and experienced hoop teachers share their knowledge with you during the events. There is also plenty of time to jam and play, sharing tricks and hoop stories with new friends too.

Lovers of movement and flow will be able to dance wildly in our 5 Rhythms class, and have some fun with choreography in energetic dance classes. Get bendy and chill-out in our morning yoga classes: the perfect way to start your day with us.

Water-babies can get their fix down by the river side – for swimming, splashing at the ‘muddy-beach’, boating and playing on our popular giant inflatables! Fancy a rest? Take a moment to chillax, taking a riverside seat at our quirky outdoor lounge.

Foodies can munch to their hearts’ delights on locally- sourced, organic vegetarian and vegan food over the weekend – including tasty salads, warm soups and hearty, healthy dinners.

Enjoy parties, LED hoop jams and a spectacular evening show in our walled gardens – and if that all wasn’t enough, hop into our bubbly jacuzzi with a drink and some new friends for laughs and giggles.
