On Thursdays starting from 22nd September 2011 from
7 - 8.30pm Gems is running a NEW 6 week INTERMEDIATE course at Kensington Sports Centre/Jubilee Bank for hoopers who have already attempted/mastered the following:
 
- solid core hooping (neck/waist)
 - any variety of jump
 - basic throws
 - angle hooping
 - lifts and pull downs
 - off body hooping (i.e weave/lassoo)
 
Featuring: trick flow, intermediate tricks, throw into jump combos, dynamism, further isolation/manipulation work, leg and shoulder hooping.
 
The course features:
-- Plenty of different sized hoops to borrow and to play with
 -- Music, games, dance practice, core control techniques, trick learning
 -- Warm up exercises and cool down relaxation each session
 

Cost for pre-booked - 6 sessions for £30
Or drop-in for £6 per class
