"Drum Jam"
DrumJam offered drumming and percussion workshops as well as providing our music and the rhythms for us to hoop-dance to in hoop-drum-jams and tribal fire-hoop jams!
Somesh has been drumming for 12 years, where he started in his native land of South Africa. In 2001 he started Drum Jam and since then has done thousands of events and drummed with thousands of people from school children to corporate directors. Together with Shivani they now run Drum Jam and are excited about opening a centre for world music and dance in London.

"5 Rhythms Dance"
Neil took us on an incredible dance journey of 5 Rhythms, leading a moving meditation of listening and moving our bodies. The rhythms are a powerful and deceptively simple way to transform ourselves into the fullest embodiment and manifestation of our essential selves.
We remembered our own natural rhythms through the practice of inviting movement into our physical bodies.
