Gems ran skill-swap sessions where we learnt from each other.
We shared tricks or moves we know, hoop philosophies and different hooping styles!
RAINBOW HOOPS

Becky-Ann of Rainbow Hoops ran the hoop shop during the weekend, to include the following:
- hand-bound hoops
- detachable hoops
- twins
- collapsible LED hoops
- HoopSoks
She also sold hoop clothing by Mahadevi (www.mahadevidesign.com)

"Burlesque / Pole-Dancing"
Eleanor and Fiona made us smile as we tried burlesque dancing and a pole-dancing class!
FRENCHY
"Dreads 'n' Hoops"
Frenchy took morning yoga sun salutation sessions to wake us up and stretch out our bodies before hooping!
She also lead us in lotus flower meditation and heart chakra meditation.
